Commissioned in the old town by an influential bourgeois family, it was for decades a symbol of status and sophistication. In the late 20th century, it passed into the hands of a family of livestock entrepreneurs, who made it their home, integrating the most advanced comforts of the time.

The latest chapter of its story began when a local entrepreneur, captivated by the charm of the city, decided to restore its grandeur. After years of meticulous restoration—completed in February 2025—the building was reborn as a place where classic elegance and contemporary style coexist seamlessly.

The renovation preserved every original detail, recovering elements such as the majestic hydraulic-tile staircase, delicate handrails, stately doors, and intricate wooden coffered ceilings. These historical features now coexist with the refined interior design of Tudela-born Óscar Vidorreta Ibarra, who infused each space with a contemporary aesthetic without sacrificing comfort or the luxury our guests deserve.
